Resonant Opus 1 OFF- – Handcrafted Offensive Blade with Feel, Precision, and Sound

The Resonant Opus 1 OFF- is more than a table tennis blade – it is a handcrafted playing instrument. Each individual blade is created through meticulous Swiss craftsmanship under the direction of luthier and engineer Gianpiero Balbi, inspired by the principles of classical instrument making.

The five-ply all-wood blade (Limba – Ayous – Limba) is glued with traditional hide glue – exactly as with high-quality violins. This construction naturally connects the wood fibers and ensures a unique, resonant ball feel with a warm sound and clear feedback.

The Opus 1 offers maximum control, fine spin development, and extended ball contact time – perfect for technically skilled players who prioritize feel over raw power.
